After decades as the “Head of Goiserer Gemütlichkeit”, Moserwirt host Hannes Jiricek will soon be stepping back a bit. With his son Mario taking over as his successor, our traditional establishment will remain firmly in family hands. Because of this, only enough will change to ensure that everything our guests have always cherished about us is preserved.
There is one change, however: Starting April 2027, we are saying goodbye to half-board.
Saying goodbye to half-board does not mean saying goodbye to enjoying food in our cozy dining rooms. On the contrary: Starting in April 2027, you will be able to dine in high-restaurant quality whenever you wish—whether at noon, in the afternoon, in the evening, or in the middle of the night; whether Mediterranean, Asian, or traditional home-style cooking. The secret lies in our new “Gourmetomat”, which serves a wide variety of culinary experiences gently steam-cooked in a bowl at the press of a button after just one minute.
