DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION ...
DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION
The company Moserwirt Gaststättenbetriebs GmbH is responsible for processing your personal data on our website. The company data can be found at Contact.
Data protection
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Visitors can generally use our website without providing personal data. Any personal data (name, address, e-mail addresses, etc.) that is collected on our pages is provided on a voluntary basis, as far as possible.
Data processing company, recipient
We process your personal data with the help of contract processors (e.g. web hoster, e-mail newsletter dispatch service, etc.) who support us in providing the services. These contract processors are under an obligation to handle your personal data with the strictest confidentiality and may not process this data for any purpose other than to provide our services. Your personal data will only be forwarded to typical business service providers such as banks (in the case of transfers to you), tax consultants (if you are part of our accounting department), shipping service providers (if dispatches are made to you), etc.
Contact form
After you send the contact form, the personal data you have provided will be processed by the person responsible for data protection so that we can deal with your inquiry on the basis of the consent you have given by sending the form. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Refusal to provide it will only mean that you will not be able to submit your requests, and we will not be able to process them. You are entitled to revoke your consent at any time by written communication without affecting the legitimacy of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its revocation. Further processing of the data in a manner compatible with the original processing purpose is carried out on the same legal basis for the purpose of direct marketing in forms not requiring consent, such as the addressed postal dispatch of advertising, solely for our products or services, until such time as an objection is raised. In this case, the data will be forwarded to the shipping service provider. You are entitled to object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time by written notification. If you do raise an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct marketing.
Booking form
The personal data collected in connection with the booking form are processed by the data protection law supervisor to conduct the booking as well as to meet legal and contractual obligations on the basis of a contract entered into by booking.
According to § 5 of the Address Registration Act in the version as published in the Federal Law Gazette, vol I, no 120/2016, there is a legal obligation for guests to provide their name, their date of birth, their gender, their nationality, their address, their postal code as well as their country of origin. Under the above cited regulation, foreign guests are also obliged to divulge the nature, number, issuing authority as well as the issue date of a travel document.
For guests travelling in a family group only one person is obliged to provide the data listed above. However, the name and date of birth of those accompanying that person must be given.
Failure to provide the personal data referred to above would entail that Moserwirt Gaststättenbetriebs GmbH would not be allowed to provide you with lodgings due to failure to comply with address-registration law regulations.
All data are subject to the agreed and statutory obligation to confidentiality and the protection of personal data. Onward transmittal of your data occurs to our contract processors.
